During my Xmas stay, I enjoyed the beautiful view from the high floor room and the well-equipped kitchenette that allowed me to prepare my own meals. The hotel's location near shopping complexes and the subway station made it convenient to explore the city and access various amenities. the staff were helpful and provided good service.

Some aspects of my stay were not ideal. The swimming pool was quite cold and closed early, and the pool lights were not turned on in the evenings.

great location with parking on site. nice place for weekend in suzhou. 3 miles from the airport.

Everything was fantastic.

The hotel was really close to such local attractions as xinghai square. Only a short distance to Da Mario, where you can have lunch. It's a 5-minute walk from Xinghai Square subway station

This hotel is a luxurious venue that fulfilled all of our exclusive amenities needs. the service was exceptional, and the private facilities were top-notch. the Bar/ Lounge area was spacious and perfect for relaxing after a long day. the location advantages were great, with easy access to nearby attractions.

Convenient location and great amenities. the hotel is situated near a subway station, making transportation easy and stress-free. the shopping mall within walking distance also offers a variety of dining options. the gym and sauna are exceptional facilities, with well-maintained equipment and a relaxing atmosphere.

Poor staff communication and limited English proficiency. Although most of the staff were friendly, the language barrier was evident as some staff struggled to communicate in English.
